Panelling
Appealingly designed plastic panelling from coloured
special plastic. Straight lined surfaces simplify unit maintenance.

Side cylinder system
Electronically controlled wash cylinders guarantee even and gentle detection of every auto body form.
Vehicle surfaces are washed in one forward and one return cycle, duringwhich the brush direction is automatically changed. The standard washcylinders are trimmed with bristles made from polyethylene.
Drying system
Airflow produced by 4 blowing motors. Rigid jet emissions for the side surfaces.
The complete roof drying device is pivoted at the front and the rear ofthe vehicle at a 30° angle, ensuring that the air stream is mosteffectively used.
SPC Control
Space-savingly integrated in the rollover unit's portal sidebeam. Modular construction with individual plug-in cards. Fine control ofall unit functions, monitoring of the most important components bymeans of the integrated diagnosis system. The respective unit statusis displayed in the service terminal in clear text.
Frequency control
Three frequency converters work to ensure that the traction and lifting drives run variably and smoothly.
Wash agent dosing
Wash agent supply of shampoo and drying aid is integrated user-friendlyin the portal sidebeam. Single dosing pumps with variable lifting andfrequency settings ensure exact wash agent dosage. The productcontainers are serially equipped with a fill level monitor.
Dry-running protection is also serially included in the basic model.
Portal frame
The basic model is completely galvanized and painted.
Important unit parts are made from refined steel, aluminium and plastic for a long machine life.
Service terminal, UBT-S
Modern alu-casing for wall installation with cover for guarding againstvandalism. Can also be ordered as floor-mounted appliance at a heightof 1,30 mtr. Control panel with LED-illumination. Front plate withplastic foil keyboard, clear text display, start button andemergency-off device. The multifunctional keyboard serves for programor code input, as well as, special wash unit operator function

Foam device
Tough dirt is removed from the vehicle before the vehicle wash.
Basis for a gentle vehicle cleaning.
Wheel rim spray device
Dirt in the rims is effectively dissolved during the wheel wash.
Basis for an intensive, subsequent wheel and rim wash.
Wheel wash system
Stabile linear guidance of the internally irrigated wheel wash brushes.
High cleaning performance through pulsating brush contact and change
of rotation direction. Wheel detection by means of photocells.
High-pressure pre-wash
The high-pressure wash is carried out during the brush wash without anadditional working cycle. Located at the forward side of the washunit, the high pressure jets work with 50 bar pressure, covering thevehicles surface in an 25° oscillating movement. The two assembliesare motor driven and operate with four 0° jets each, spraying thevehicles roof and sides.
Underbody wash unit (85 bar / 16 bar)
A mobile 85 bar rotational washer with vehicle length measurement
and two 16 bar middle-pressure underbody wash systems. Each available
in either above level or ground level design.
Pump cabinet with storage tank
Plastic cabinet in space-saving construction with attached storage tank.
Integrated water mains separation for either fresh or recycled water feed.
Two built in high-pressure pumps each with 85 bar pressure. For further
water feed to the underbody washer and high-pressure pre-wash in the
rollover wash unit.
Jointed brush device
The patented jointed brush device has proven true for over 15 years.
The jointed brushes are visibly perceived by the wash customer and are
suitable for all vehicle forms. Due to their angled form, the brushes are
optimally able to adapt to each vehicle's side surfaces. Gentle cleaning is
ensured by evenly applied pressure of the corresponding wash material.
The upper and lower dirtied areas are washed twice. The jointed brushdevice provides the best foundation for washing with the new, gentlewash materials SENSOFIL and SENSOTEX.
